I started training with Paul 14 weeks before my wedding. Like all women, I wanted to be the “best version of me” and feel confident in my wedding dress. I was a little hesitant to contact Paul as I thought I knew a fair amount about fitness having spent years working out in the gym and using various fitness apps but I could not have been more wrong!
We first focused on fat loss. I went from 14.2% fat to 8.5%. Although I lost fat I kept my figure, in particular my bum!
What I love about Paul is that he really took the time to understand my lifestyle and goals before developing my nutrition and training plans. This has made it so easy to stick to. Although I hate him at the time I love how much he pushes me, I’ve never worked so hard in the gym. Before I met Paul I could do about 3 push ups, now I can do 30! Paul has so much knowledge, I’ve learnt so much from him not just technique and execution in the gym but also from a nutrition and diet perspective.
I can’t recommend Paul enough, he puts so much time and effort into his training plans. As cheesy as it sounds, I really did feel the best version of me on my wedding day.

I have been training with Paul for just under 5 years now. I first met him 3 months after I had delivered my first baby. He first focused on strengthening my core and all round strength work, that really helped me getting back in shape. Two years later I was pregnant with my second baby. I trained with him during the whole pregnancy up until one day before delivering, believe it or not! We have done a lot of core work that kept me in shape, and prevented me from having back pains or any other common pregnancy discomforts. I also felt stronger and more in tune with my body for the natural delivery.
6 weeks after delivery I was back in the gym, and it was amazing how quick I got back to my pre pregnancy shape. In fact, only 6 months after my second baby I was the fittest and best shape I have ever been. (Mind you I have a full time office job, so I dont spend my whole day in the gym).

Prior to Paul taking over my training and nutrition regime, if I wanted to drop some wight before a holiday, I would train twice a day and sometimes even go as far as to do a 7 day juice diet. The first thing that Paul said to me was ‘I want you to eat a lot more and train less.’ As confused as I was he educated me and with some adjustments I am now back to thoroughly enjoying my food and training. HOW SOON will I see results?

You will see progress within the first month and then your body will kick start as we will have fired up your metabolism and cleaned up your digestion at this point.

How do you help me personally?

We have check ins every week where we review your progress and we have unlimited whatsapp support. This will provide personal nutritional advice and tips for you to achieve more results.

Do I get support when I reach a plateau?

Yes, this is why this program is so successful. You have weekly feedback that looks at your progress. Are you going to stick around? Then we will look for a solution together with you.

Can I still eat out?

Yes! The plan with suggestions of what to eat out without having any restrictions in place is what this is all about!

I don’t like some foods. Will this be taken into account?

Yes, the coaching way allows you to keep eating as you always did in moderation and still get results.

What happens after the program?

I will give you feedback on your body type and how you can improve it yourself. This program is an educational fitness program with the goal of giving you GUARANTEED results whilst teaching you how to maintain them for the rest of your life.
